CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
All sales are final. We appreciate your business and will work with you in the case of a return.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
The original item(s) should be returned in new condition in the original packaging with all parts/accessories in order to qualify for an exchange.
WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING?
Return shipping method and costs are covered by the customer.
Items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. If these items have a value more than $500, they must also be insured.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
1. Send an email to email@example.com.
2. Note the following details in the email: Item(s), Order#, and Reason for Return (damage or defect). Instructions will then be given to return the original item(s) in new condition in its original packaging with all parts/accessories.
Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of purchase.
WHEN WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE ITEM(S)?
Exchange item(s) will be re-shipped to the address on the original order within 14 business days of receipt of returned item. A shipping notice via email will be sent when the exchange item(s) have been shipped.
We use USPS and ship Priority. Our normal time to process and ship your order is 5-7 business days. DUE TO COVID: SHIPPING TIMES ARE DOUBLED. Orders are shipped on Friday mornings. We view orders placed Friday on the next business day. We are unable to ship on weekends and holidays which will extend order processing. Extended times may also occur during sale periods.
We apologize for any inconvenience during these times and thank you for your understanding. We provide an email shipment notification for every order. In most cases, tracking information can be used to monitor your shipment. *We urge you to add optional services to help protect against lost orders, theft and damages during transit. You have options to select signature confirmation (someone over 18 must be home to sign) and/or insurance (best way to recover damages).
We are not responsible for delivery issues that may occur once the carrier accepts the package. We DO NOT ship INTERNATIONALLY and to MILITARY ADDRESSES. We work diligently to get orders out quickly to help improve your delivery time.
